Hotel is good, nice comfortable room, good service, friendly staff. Deepika at the front desk was extremely helpful and friendly. All our requests were met.

The bed was comfortable and the view from our room was lovely. the staff was friendly and welcoming. the hotel had great amenities including a pool and a fitness center. the location was great, just a short walk to the beach and many restaurants and shops.
Our romantic escape was ruined by a few negative experiences. the room had a strange smell upon arrival and didn't seem to be properly cleaned.

The room we stayed in during our Easter weekend was very nice and clean, which made for a comfortable stay. The staff was friendly and accommodating, with good room service. the hotel's location was great, with easy access to nearby attractions.
The dishes and glass tumblers provided for breakfast needed more attention from the cleaning department, and the food itself was not up to our expectations. It seemed like the hotel could improve its management of the restaurant.

There were some issues with check-in time and extending the stay, which left some guests feeling frustrated.
